Since I was in a conversation with my brother who had just moved in weeks ago, I thought I'd share this with everyone.

I do note that we had a topic on pest control some time in mid November 2007 (in which our yaroq had made an interesting and very informative posting on 18 November 2007 - 8:36pm in reply to my concerns on possible termites problems as what had been experienced my some of my friends in the older phases of BJ).
