A line leader vented out his frustration that residents are not committed. He had smsed on his own expense all this while to all residents in his row to remind them to pay the security fees. However, this month he decided not to send any sms and only 4 residents paid. So, please, please, please...... go and see your respective line leaders and pay up the due fees. We will have problem if the fund is dry.

I had several residents came and see me and complained about several issues in Greenlane. Their first sentence was 'Since you are a committee member, can you please.......'. Told them that I am not a committee member but just a volunteer (or is it kaki sibuk??). Told them to see Colonel Johar (our president) if they have any grievances. However, I wish to remind that Greenlane is ours and please where possible take some initiatives to solve the issues and advised the committee members, if they wish to. Do not pass the bulk to the committee members. They are mortals too and have career, family and need some rest just like any of us.

It's a bit sad that we've not changed after all these years.... sigh.....
